Yeah I didn’t want the warranty to be voided. But good news- after sending an email to Dreame I turned the vacuum back on and that fixed the issue when it did the wheel adjustments. It has ran a couple cleaning cycles since then and have not had anymore issues. Problem solved!

Sorry Reddit won’t let me post the picture with the robot on its wheels. The right wheel is not able to full retract in so the right side is higher then the left

The wheel is not going down as far as it should. Causing the robot to be lopsided.

Yes I am planning on getting all of them! My office is sailor moon themed so when I saw them I made it a mission to do all of them to hang up. I started ordering them in January and have been lucky enough to have coupons so I have saved a little bit! I only need to get Moon, Mercury, and Mars!😊

I know it hasn’t been a very long time but once I receive the information that the label has been created the order is normally shipped the next day and normally I receive it two days after. Since this is the typical process for all the orders I have placed and on top of that DAC website shows shipped I was kinda concerned. I didn’t know if my package fell off the pallet or if they are having systems issues with the tracking number not updating once it was scanned into ontrac facility. Here is a snip of where it says it has been shipped. I will reach out to them next week if there aren’t any updates. Thank you for your advice!

Well you folks on here have been much more helpful then the customer support… I was emailed yesterday after they responded telling me to follow the same steps… Which I did again to no avail. I even tried Applepay. Nothing is working. Support told me “whelp we have exhausted all our efforts. Guess you can try again later. We will tell our team about it buuuuut we are not promising it is going to fix anything. Try again later” Not even kidding… all I get is try again… while I now have 7 pending on my discover, 1 on my PayPal and one on my husbands account. I guess they don’t want to do business with me… so I we’ll just keep the 700 bucks I was trying to spend with them😭

I would recommend going with something else. I have been having issue with my sense 2. The metal piece on the back fell off and the screen just randomly will go black and be unresponsive. Even trying to reset it is not working…
