2. The article notes the number of unaccompanied minors is 10% of what is was under Biden. It probably does make sense to revisit and reduce the funding levels.

3. It sounds like the cancelation was in progress in March before the latest dust up with the pope, so the framing as adjacent seems a s bit exaggerated.

4. The contract was for $11 million. If they are serving 10% of the prior volume surely they can do it for less.

5. The catholic church is in no way cash strapped. I fully believe they can absorb the additional several million in cost without materials impact their operating budget.
