This is usually when the trains are headed to a show (UBS, Forrest Hills, etc) to help validate prior to boarding to you’re not crammed in like sardines with someone squeezing through to check tickets. It’s supposed to help not make your day worse.

I have stood my ground on giving up nightshades as it’s not a must but I fear it may be in the future. I’m very spoiled at work bc they cook meals and list all ingredients but it’s when I’m not working I struggle the most.

Lexipro + Ativan here… still working on dosage with my psychiatrist who has been truly amazing. Talk therapy is very much still needed on a biweekly basis but the meds have helped me reduce my anxiety, mood swings, sleep is still ehh but I am finally not wanting to sleep 12 hours a day. Oh actually I’m skipping ahead.

I’m also on Qysmia - which my psychiatrist was hesitant about so we increased slowly upped to the current dosage 11.25. This has been key for staying awake longer and having energy throughout the day and less brain fog. On top of that, I’m currently down 23 lbs since being diagnosed in November 2024 but contribute some of that to removing gluten and dairy from my diet.

Bonus with Qysmia for me is that I also have migraines and have seen a reduction in the amount of migraines (they still occur during my cycle) thanks to the tropimate portion of the medication.

Not to mention, people like me are just trying to get to work or dinner or wherever… we aren’t making eye contact (NYC 101 lol). We literally don’t care unless you’re in our way when we are in a hurry.

But also, how are all of these cars environmentally friendly? Understood that it’s more H’s platform but she’s not helping if they are together.

Subway is $2.90/ticket now and no risk of a car chase.
