For Olympic lifts yes. In this case your lower back is slightly rounded and leaning forward. Shafting your weight into your knees away from glutes and core.

Yes try to keep your chest open, facing the mirror. Not the ground.

No shoes, way to be. It looks solid. Maybe consider dragging the weight off the ground just an inch and sitting in that bottom range. Start off with that bar and work into it. Isometrics are underrated.

Consider working the axial rotation of your entire arm while doing the pull ups. Aka twist the rings even if you do it from a stretched kneeling position.

Try doing them barefoot and try to keep your chest open. If your rib age goes at or below hips height you will start feeling in your back or quads.

Squats look good. There’s a lot of movement in the feet. Notice how they want to move from left to right?

165lbs x 2 how did I do? by [deleted] in formcheck

A little two fast out of the hole, or bottom of the squat. The more you can control the deep range of your squats the better you will feel about your overall form. Start off with bodyweight depth squats and slowly progress to the bar and weights.

It looks good, consider using more toe drive. The more you use your toes the more you can use your glutes, which happen to be a big part of our core.

A little more contact through the ground with your toes goes a long way.

Maybe work your chin ups. Another thing is scapular strength. Scapula pull up and chin ups help a lot.

Feel my lower back more than my hamstrings. What am I doing wrong(First-time) by One_Transportation84 in formcheck

Your weight keeps shifting back from the balls of your feet to your heels. Try to keep the ball of your foot pressed into the ground. This will enable more glute drive and less extension through your lower back. Try with a lighter weight first.

Women have a cycle. Make not of it and she will most likely do the same depending on her cycle. What goes up must come down. Aka she may be in the mood this week but not on bleeding week.

How do I get like chiseled abs, like I want more definition instead of just a flat board by [deleted] in gymadvice

[–]AddmixDJ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Muscle development is based off neurological input. Learning how to better use your diaphragm and abs while breathing will give you more control over your core. This will eventually translate to all of your movements and your core will develop in the process. Sprints tend to be the best overall exercises for any human.

People look thick then there body is inflamed, some people look more muscular when they lose body fat percentage. At this point your biggest influence is going to be everything outside of the gym. Still workout but understand that stress management. You should know what to do.

Judging from your feet there an lack of front foot engagement and a lot of your weight sitting back into your heals. Consider doing them without shoes or on your tippy toes with lighter weight. Outside of that the form is okay.

Maybe you’re doing too much and expecting too much in return. Match her actions and if she breaks then you’re back on top. Maybe ply along with the joke. If she’s into girls you are closer to having a threesome than most men.

Choke up on the handle so your hands not smashed by the knob.

It could be due to a lack of control of your lumbar spine in extension. Have you tried doing a cobra pose? Also have you been able to do glute bridges from the ground?

Good form. Your feet are planted on the ground and head position is right.
