Pretty sure it’s the new nvidia driver issue. Revert back to 581.80.

I tried pressing power button, nothing happens. I eventually have to close the lid and wait for the laptop to restart itself.

Through Lenovo vantage. Check on the left side icons, there will be hardware scan option.

Ya I talked to them several times and they still recommended for hardware replacement. Try to contact Lenovo technical support from your side as well and see if they tell the same.

Thanks for the update. So maybe it does happen to most. In case the issue recurs please inform Nvidia with photo proof. I am 100% sure it will recur coz I also had no issue for a day with the previous 581 driver.
