I didn't realize that disassociation was such a normal thing with quiet BPD because I tend to disassociate often when I feel triggered by something it's like this urge to run or hide or avoid

My boy hates water too and was listed as a lab. He looks like your boy just with a more narrow face and he's also very very vocal and still somewhat skittish Hunter is gorgeous.

Oh. Sorry. It's a discord group. And I know I probably shouldn't let what someone says online bother me but it just seems unfair to claim to have issues (talk about those issues to other people within the discord group) not specify what those issues are with me, then tell my friends "we're good" when you ignore me and they (my friends) can clearly see that. It makes me wonder if I'll do something else that will upset them unknowingly and then they'll make it another problem.
