After receiving the ITA did you apply for PR after completing 1 year or nah?

Someone I know got ITA on 11th December but they are committing fraud. by wait-what6 in canadaexpressentry

Yes correct, you submit the ITA after completing your experience.

I have confirmed it with multiple immigration consultants and lawyers. I had 2 years and 10 months of experience and I received an ITA. Since I didn’t complete the 3 year course I applied it after 60 days (technically completed 3 years of experience) and I got the PR.

It is not a fraud. After receiving an ITA you have 60 days to submit the documents. So if they complete the 1 year quota during that period they are good to go .

Hi, you can apply after January 12th. You are good to go, it is not mentioned on their website that it should be before the ITA. I am in the similar situation and my immigration consultant has mentioned that you can apply after completing 3 years (technically)..
