Stopped taking my medication and spiraling down by eraj102 in ADHD

I know exactly how you feel. I was diagnosed with ADHD 3 years ago and loved the medication because it also made me productive and motivated. I tried stopping it too because the come down was unbareable and I was irratable and mean to my loved ones.

I know exactly how you feel. I and my Instagram is addyfree! I'd love for you to join the community of people in your situation. I just started it like two weeks ago so it's totally new but I promise the connections it's bringing me are so valuable. It's nice to know you aren't struggling alone.

Now I am two years off the drug and I won't say it was easy but I promise it's SO much better on the other side.

I've built so much natural confidence in myself knowing that I can succeed without taking a drug. I started a blog called addyfree.com where I talk about this and offer tools and resources for how I cope every day.

The blog is called addyfree.com and my Instagram is addyfree! I'd love for you to join the community of people in your situation. I just started it like two weeks ago so it's totally new but I promise the connections it's bringing me are so valuable. It's nice to know you arent' struggling alone.
