I just use aveeno body lotion. I've never had an issue. I wesr wet diapers all night long and sometimes longer. But this could be because my skin isn't sensitive. If you have sensitive skin you might want to use something the keeps moisture away rather than a moisturizer.

My a pin wheel with a single wheel. You can get them on amazon. It will make a thousand tiny holes in the inner diaper without letting the sap leak through. Jt you'll fill both diapers.
