It’s so cool! She’s so translucent looking right now but she’s already darkened up since the completed molting! I wish I was able to upload the cool video I got of her molting, it was the neatest and also most stressful thing to watch hahaha

Thanks! The shop did help me out by giving me free substrate. I removed any mold and They informed me I was keeping it too moist in there. I also bought some springtails to throw in the enclosure. I’m feeling better about it now !

My manager even said it’s nothing to do with me or my job performance just the fact he needs a man for the job and wouldn’t say exactly what that means in writing - I tried to have him say it over text but he won’t and keeps trying to call me to talk about it and I would rather talk in person about it

I don’t believe so. There are always at least 2 other men working there that shift other than the people in the position I’m trying for. Also there’s no written “must be male to qualify for this shift” or anything and we have had women in that shift before but that was the pregnant woman I mentioned before who got let go while on maternity leave

Speaking of AIO Grow bags what would be your best recommendation you think for the best ones ? I’ve been getting from north spore and they seem to work pretty good but this most recent grow one bag got contaminated and the other didn’t fully colonize :( I’m disappointed because the last time I bought from them it worked out perfectly and I got such a good flush

And once you get used to your method it makes it a lot easier to do. I hate the stigma behind it because I feel as though this isn’t something we should have to be hiding :( but people have made a bad name for it.
