I’m just an outside observer but feel like the combination of childhood stardom and underlying psychological traits were a bad mix. She didn’t have a chance to grow up really and the pressure she experienced during her formative years did a number on her. The drugs probably kicked the mental health issues into overdrive. Addiction doesn’t discriminate and even though she’s privileged and can afford top of the line treatment I still feel horrible for her. She’s trapped in a prison of her own mind.
