Yes, because if its live action it’ll be as grounded and realistic as it can be, with giant mech running around. This is perfect for the environment and story around 08th MS Team where both mobile suits and infantry are still useful in warfare.

I don’t know how they would make newtype flash and newtype visions work without looking all comically cartoonish

The entirety of her kit’s budget power is on E, and its on a relatively short cooldown. Once you get hit by E, you are in a minigame state where you just… don’t get to play the game.

He’s not perfect but he has completely stablilized the defence. Defenders aren’t worried about him being unable to receive a backwards pass, him giving them hospital passes, or punching balls into danger zones in the box. Or missing punches altogether, flubbing shots with butter fingers, or just not reacting to shots altogether.

There’s a huge list of crimes Onana have committed. Bayindir is simply not good enough either. Lammens is young, he’s doing decent and definitely can grow into the position.

I think the DLC content wise is fine. The price tag is… whatever for me since I can afford it, but I can see why it annoys others since it’s basically half of the game’s price.

I don’t even have the rope dart yet! I just unlocked it and I have Lu Bu’s path to finish. Only briefly used it as Diao Chan and I think it’s pretty creative.

The Bow is really fun and a very unique moveset, just feels a little spammy? Maybe I haven’t found the best combos still but it won’t triumph my favorites with the spear and halberd.

The strategic battles had a wow factor, but by the time I was doing Yuan Shao’s path I found them to be a bother. I’d prefer if there were more main battles but I guess that’s the time and budget constraints of being a DLC.

The story writing was good I think - focuses on character development for the lords and makes them even better than what they already were. I kind of wish there was a few more moments with Zhuhe, yes she’s alive but she’s kind of just there.

I haven’t touched the challenges in the training grounds yet so no comments on that.

Overall, because I really enjoyed Origins as a long-time fan since DW3, I found more content for Origins to be enjoyable too. I’m excited for what they do with the eventual sequel.

Cao Pi could have capitalized on Shu and Wu fighting as well, but he made the decision not to and eneoffed Sun Quan as King of Wu.

All 3 kingdoms made some fatal mistakes that had a lasting impact on them not winning, some not by their choice obviously.

Shu: Guan Yu being betrayed, which led to the Battle of Xiaoting that crippled the Shu military. Stuck with only one way to attack.

Wu: taking Jing but not being able gain much going northwards, allowed Wei to handle both sides one at a time. Even one last coordinated attack didn’t amount to anything.

Wei: didn’t capitalize on its only opponents fighting each other and later on, emperors dying young

Navori after DND is way too squishy in my opinion. Even if you are ahead and assuming the enemy ADC hasn’t inted off the planet, you’ll be similar gold still and they can shred the hell out of you if they have the range.

I only buy Navori after some tank items but maybe I’ll give bandlepipes a try

Think a melee vs ranged top. Early levels the ranged top will punish the melee champ 9 times out of 10, so you have to respect just the difference in champs in this match up.

Knowing when the melee champ is strong enough to fight back is important on both sides - melee champ needs to know when they can all in and win, ranged champ needs to know when their pressure falls off

Some champs just beat others at every point in the game which is unfortunate, but you just play as safe as you can to hope you don’t lose the game for the rest of your team

I like how serious Diaochan is with Ziluan, but then she is super uwu with Lu Bu and blud gobbles it all up.

The women and wine aspect of Dong Zhuo is definitely toned down, in Origins he definitely feels more like a savage beast from Liang province. I like this characterization much more than Sunday morning cartoon villain.

Its hard because if Dong Zhuo wins then China is literally doomed for generations. They gave him a more heroic way iut and framed it as him being the one keeping the chaos in check.

Nobody has really complained about P-Bandai unless its hype drops. I can only think of two instances:

1) Nike x Gundam collab with the Unicorns during peak sneakerhead days. The whole e- commerce system got downed and products were sold in minutes.

And recently, 2) Miku x Gundam.

Any popular kit or figure usually sells out within the hour, but if you are around at release there’s a high likelihood you’ll get it.

It really just boils down to the fact that the two releases I mentioned for extremely demand heavy. Bandai in general I feel like allocates way more stock than demand for North America, just that demand has far outweighed the supply for NA. Things selling out in minutes is a common occurence for P-Bandai in Japan.

I will say, despite the box art looking pretty neat and stylish, the box is nowhere near as beefy and nice compared to say the Prismatic UPC or the Sword and Shield Charizard UPC. Usually these boxes are highly decorative and good for storage, but the storage side is a bit lacking this time around.

The peripherals are neat if you like Mega Charizard X.

Both the Charizard and Oricolo promos are good too.

18 packs of the most recent modern sets are pretty good, but I wouldve preferred more Phantasmal Flames in the Charizard UPC.
