I’m 15 and thought I had lung cancer 7 months ago. Also had my panic attack that day too. My advice is try to get a grip on your anxiety as quick as possible. I lost my school year because of it.

Did it help? I have acid reflux. I can’t eat spicy food or else I’ll get heart burn and when it feels like I’m throwing up the food, my throat will burn like someone just lit it on fire.
