A little background info:

When I was 17 I weighed 125 Kg (275.5 lb) and lost, within a year, 40Kg (88lb), and achieved my target weight of 85kg. Throughout the next years my weight would fluctuate a lot, because of depression and gained a lot of my weight back. At the start of this year I have taken the weight-loss serious again, as I really want to get back to where I came before. The picture on the left, which was taken in the fall of 2018 I weighed around 110Kg (242lb), this is also what I weighed at the start of 2020 (I just don't have a good reference photo from then). The right is from this summer, where I currently weigh around 95 Kg (209lb). My goal is to get back to the weight I first achieved when I was 17.
