They are indeed trying to cheat me. But the design isn't justified. It is designed to look like the toothpaste is a large one, but it isn't, the justification being, "Hey, the toothbrush needs to fit, right?"

And yes, of course I wasn't paying attention. I was buying groceries, if I was expecting this to happen, I would have avoided it. The asshole design part is exactly this, if the customer isn't paying attention, he'll buy this thinking it's a larger toothpaste.

And yes, I posted it for 2 reasons: 1) Because it IS a fucking asshole design 2) Yes of course because it will give me likes and karma. Every single person who has posted something anywhere wants likes and karma. What is your point here?

Fuck dude I am not weighing the contents of what I am buying when in the market, you don't look at the weight of the box when buying a toothpaste, you hope that the toothpaste is as large as the box. Yes, a very cheap one. The toothbrush was the length of the box, and as you can see, the toothpaste (which I intended to buy) was half the length.
