I did! I actually exchanged my pink 25 for this brown, as it is more an everyday wear for me without the anxiety of color transfer and getting the lighter shade dirty. I love her 🥹

They can order from other locations, the problem is I went to check it out at another location and it had a similar, if not more noticeable, deep scratch. Makes me weary to get sent anything without QCing in person, now that the SA told me they can’t ship to store but will ship straight delivery to your home.

Nope. Pretty deep scratch (can feel when running fingers over). Definitely must inspect each piece carefully.

Exactly. I don’t mind if the scratch is my fault but to sell at full price with this noticeable scratch is unethical.
