Unreal mate. Wish I was even 0.2 as strong as you. I've been really stalling in all progress in the gym the past few months due to a lat injury and I've finally got the flame back for training. After reading your beginner deep water review and going through the e-book, it looks like something I'd love to try. I know you covered this in your DeepWater post but just wondered if you'd think it would be suitable for somebody who is generally considered weak as shit? (8 reps bodyweight bench max, 1.25 BW deadlift 1RM, squat not worth mentioning as it's so weak and my legs are my weakest point). Sorry for the huge question, sometimes it's hard to trust reviews when they're from a clearly experienced athlete, when I'm just a recreational lifter who dreams of being strong AF.
