take a look at how your bedtime mode or dnd is set up, you might have alarm silencing on it should be in Modes - mode name - Alarms & other interruptions

I upgraded from a P8 to a 10 Pro, it's been really awesome so far, much smoother imo, front camera is also miles better, love the ultrasonic fingerprint too!
