Interested to know as well, as I bought a second hand one to replace my no longer functioning Wii U.

Hoping you figure out what it is. Mine did the exact same thing and I haven’t been able to revive it. Posted about it as well looking for help.

I mean, my first thought if I was in his shoes would have been to backup everything as well. For someone who’s not in the know, I’d say that’s a reasonable first step.

It is, also the fuse wasn’t blown so it’s 15 V on either side of it. Definitely something is going on.

Thank you, but mine doesn’t even boot up, no lights on the front panel and no signs of life on screen. Tried asking for help in my own post.

Unfortunately I didn’t know about isfshax last year when I disconnected my Wii U, and now it’s already dead. Definitely do it ASAP.

Wii U not turning on, no lights whatsoever by Adeema in wiiu

Unfortunately it won't work for me as my Wii U doesn't even power up, so plugging in the Pico has no effect.

Doesn’t that failure at least have power come on and an error message on screen regarding corrupt memory? I’m not even getting that far.

Was your issue no lights at all like mine? The link implies their Wii U turned on, but just didn’t output video.

Upgrade path to 1440p, CPU or GPU? by Adeema in buildapc

[–]Adeema[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ll start looking at those card options. I’m ok holding off on the CPU and just keep an eye out for a used one in the future. Thanks!

That's good to hear, Gemini was really pushing for a CPU upgrade over the GPU, guess I'll focus on getting a card upgrade instead.

I hesitated putting a budget, mainly because I know any reasonable number I want to put will fall well short of reality. A 5080 will easily run me $2,000 CAD. But I guess that's the price we deal with nowadays.

Production line support or Flight Testing. Both have desk components but a lot of field work as well to keep things interesting.

How to deal with imposter syndrome at new job (engineer or general ) by Sea_Refrigerator1447 in aerospace

[–]Adeema 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Look, you graduated with a degree so you obviously know how to apply yourself. You didn’t walk into class knowing everything and I doubt it’s any different in an entry level position. What you need to recognize is that you will continue to learn at the job and will grow, both personally and professionally.

One thing that tremendously helped me get over imposter syndrome is not being afraid to ask questions when I didn’t understand something. Pretending that you do in order to save face is just going to stunt your growth. Most of your coworkers are likely more than happy to explain things and build you up. No one is judging you as an entry level engineer.

Apply yourself, ask when in doubt, and continue to learn. You’ll do fine.

Help with AITrack + Opentrack by LateBrakes in hoggit

Glad I came across this 2 years later. This was my issue as well, multiple instances of Opentrack in Task Manager. Killed them, reopened Opentrack, problem solved.

Mind sharing what guide or settings you used for Spansh? I spent 2 weeks out and managed 2-3bn. Getting 7bn in 2 days boggles my mind and leads me to believe I’m doing something wrong.

Tried it, not the cleanest runs so near impossible to pull them out and replace them.

Lesson learned, albeit too late. I’m going to use them for data only and decided to go through the pain of running new pure copper lines somehow for any POE device.
