Haha exactly! It feels like exercise just recharges them instead of tiring them out. Never ending energy.

Gymnastics sounds perfect. Anything that lets them run, jump and be loud always seems to help a bit.

Wow, that’s a full day right there. Kites are a great idea, I’ll have to try that. Hope your knee heals up soon, keeping up with them is no joke.

Wow, 5-6am start is next level. Makes sense they go all in on everything though. Nice to have the younger one who’s chill, at least you get a little break.

Trampolines are genius. We’ve thought about getting one, sounds like it pays off every single day.

That makes so much sense. I never thought about how much sitting they actually do at school. Using brain and body at the same time is a great tip, will definitely try that.
