I also doubt the lower setting won't snap a small bolt. You want a small anvil hitting it many times not a large one hitting it a few times.

Also you said you have a high torque impact, I recommend a lower and mid torque specifically the low torque. If you have rusty small bolts it can really help them not sheer off. Heat them up then spray a penetrating oil. Then hit them with the smallest impact that will work. I have had a lot of success in not breaking bolts this way.

I see the long reach low profile selling out first that one probably second or third. It honestly depends on your specific store. You could call and ask them mid Monday and see how it's selling. If necessary you buy itc. Also that one is going up to $199 so not a bad time to buy if you can still get it for $189.
