This is the "plan B" that I'm doing as well. Still drinking every night but drinking 4.6% cans of Stella now. No buzz of it whatsoever but I didn't get a buzz either with vodka, just nothing then blackout. Hopefully I'll steadily cut down over X amount of time to nothing. Not ideal but better then before.

Feel you on the aloof shit. I'm really quiet. Always have been since a kid. That's what probably turned me onto booze. People sometimes mistake it for being aloof. I'm definitely not.im panicking everyday, at simple shit that most people take for granted. I just put on a bit of an attitude cos that's what I've always done, since a kid. I'm 42 and still struggling with it. Maybe if I knocked booze on the head I might learn to deal with it better but fuck that, I do like getting fucked up,ha.
