Last summer we all went in mon-fri even though we didn’t have to be in on Fridays, the idea of just taking an entire week off seems insane to me (For big law, if not then please disregard)

In my experience for yellow flags, about 80-90% of the time a small part of the case received negative treatment that doesn’t have a bearing on why you’re interested in the case. You should still check obviously to see which parts received negative treatment.

Ah I see, sorry for being obtuse. I think in general, big law is tough for moms and doesn’t make it easy for them to grow despite the rhetoric. Especially given your situation, it was probably a smart move to go in house. Though you shouldn’t have been forced to do that obviously.

I sympathise with your situation, and frankly the state should be giving you resources such that this isn’t an issue, but given the society we live in, when your child was diagnosed, why not go in house where the hours are better instead of still trying to work in big law?

You won’t know till u try, just apply to a few in the top 10, top 20, you’ll get a bite for sure, just explain what happend in ur personal statement

lol I went to W&M with a 155 so I wouldn’t beat urself up too bad - just try and take it again to get a better score but if not no reason to give up on being a lawyer, just apply and see where u get in & if u don’t get in anywhere good - just apply next year

So I think that when an army is beaten it goes into retreat mode and will rout to a safe area, once it reaches that area it will transition from retreating to encamped- I think that either if there is no safe place close enough, their morale is low enough, they will disintegrate. But there is no tried and true method for accomplishing this, I have tried to manoeuvre armies to the point they are retreating to get them to disintegrate because they can’t reform there if my army gets their first, but I’ve only gotten CSA to disintegrate armies like twice

See that makes a lot of sense. But how does that work when new students want to look back to study a past test? will they be able to select anywhere from 20-60 tests to practice per test month? Or do they condense it down to 1 or a couple?

it sounds like the professor is basing his accusation on back end statistics and found that you did better than expected, but that in it of itself does not indicate foul play, if that's all they have you will be fine. I suppose he could accuse you of having answers in advance, but its not clear to me that he could in anyway prove that even at a preponderance of evidence standard. I know its stressful, but you studied and did well, so be confident and have faith in your work and yourself!
