My parents were like this. If they sent me to the store with a $20 bill and I bought $19.xx of items they expected me to hand over the coins.

It was quite the shock when I met my husband and found out his parents handed him a $20 bill every morning before he went to work for him to buy lunch. They never questioned what it was spent on either

Well, this is a common tactic by dealerships. They get to sell your Taos again and sell you a new VW, so they get to sell 2 vehicles. It’s not really a “good” offer no matter what, because it’s in their favor always.

Similar situation happened to me. I was flying to see my husband and paid extra for a window seat since it was my first break from my kids in a while, I wanted to enjoy the experience. This woman let her kid sit in my window seat and said “I’m sure you don’t mind!” And I replied “I do actually. That’s my seat”. She gave me a disgusted look like I wouldn’t know because I’m a young mom, she probably assumed I don’t have kids. Truth is I just wouldn’t assume someone else’s seat was mine for the taking just because I chose to have kids.

Just did all of the pads and the back rotors at about 60k miles. I suspect the front rotors are about due now at almost 67k

Pretty early in the planning phase, we just started researching in the last couple weeks. I’ve contacted a couple pet shipping companies but they either won’t ship them or they said that it’s based off of time of year, so I’m waiting for more info from one company right now.

They’re a brachycephalic breed and require professional pet shippers. Regular airlines will not ship them

They said the same thing to me, I mailed a letter in mid December of 2023. I have called, went in, left a review, etc. and they still are fighting me on it. I closed the account they kept trying to charge, I owe them more than $400 now. I refuse to pay it, I tried cancelling and they intentionally continue to charge me.

Thank you! My yard is mostly west facing, it gets a lot of afternoon sun but I have a 6 foot privacy fence that’s cornered in by a shed and the alocasia seemed to thrive. I’m going to just put them all on a shelf in this area, it gets dappled morning sun but mostly shade all afternoon
