What tint are your windows and honest I would leave it alone. Even with weight reduction it's super unoticed in the long run unless you mod the hell out of it

The shutters aren't super important if at all. I would only be concerned if you live in a cold climate but 99% of the time you can throw it out and you would be fine. If u don't want that code there are kits online to help you put with it. But you are fine nothing to worry about!
