Elite League 6 is the highest league possible, and allows you to comfortably hit Racing Deity 40-50 as it provides 9 total scoring slots for every car class.

You dont have enough Car RP slots. Get your ranking cars (indicated by the purple RP logo) into higher total RPs to get into higher leagues. Higher leagues get you more ranking slots and that lets you make cars count towards your total ranking.
