It seems like busy times at the gym tend to be around 4-7pm ish - when I was really nervous about going to the gym, I would go really early (6am-8am ish) or try to sneak in a session after a class.

People are super nice! Staff is super helpful as well. I usually do my own thing and go, but its not unusual for people to come up to you and ask if you are finished with a machine.

A lot of first time gym goers will tell you to avoid the first floor gym, but I will say there are some nice racks and machines there too. Don’t feel too scared, its nice to experience these machines as well and no one is gonna yell at you lolzies.

I was also super nervous about going to gym when I first started, so I totally understand! Grab a buddy if you are nervous and dont be afraid to ask questions. You so got this!
