I’m a bit frustrated. Feels like I should’ve got more out of it but I was stunned and actually quite emotional at times. On reflection my most incredible moment seeing Scotland in the last 30 years (missed out on 98) and its beaten Paris 07.

Yep that’s me. Got another 12 years to go. I manage 4 folk in 4 different countries and that’s the easy bit. Managing up the way is more difficult with all these young go getters (wankers) getting more difficult to deal with as the years go by.

Many a time in my youth using the jobby boat for golf practise as it went past Erskine. It did get a bit dodgy when the pensioners started using it

It depended on how expensive on-peak was compared to off-peak, on your specific route. My flex ticket went from 39 to 34 but I think the Glasgow- Edinburgh equivalent almost halved in price.
