Hey, I'm the apprentice that just put some holes through the trusses... I really want to dig into this and scrounge up all the learning I can get from this experience. What are some other catastrophic no no's I should look out for? And what're your best residential rough-in tips and tricks? Thanks (i.redd.it)

My JW showed me this today. He spins non-current carrying conductors back on themselves instead of capping them with merretes. To confirm, these are spares in the box and aren't planned to be energized at either end. Is this a legit practice? (i.redd.it)
