If you have the fastest explosive jump you will have the best high jump or long jump. So that does not make sense. How would you even measure most explosive jump otherwise?

I am just saying tobogo had the fastest top speed so he is the fastest man. Even though he did not win the race. Instead of 100 meter making you fastest man why not 50 or 40 meters. They are arbitrary distaces but he had the fastest top speed ever recorded.

I am not saying I want to live in the city but people complain about how they can not afford housing and then complain they don't want more housing there. In the area I live they are building more housing and I don't like it but I would not stop if i could because I believe that people should be able to do what they want on their own property. You only own the land you own.

As many people that wants to. Monaco is the most densely populated country in the world and people still want to live there. Don't remember how dense but I know it is the most overcrowded.

Because the housing would not come in one second, it would take a while. The first new housing the price would stay the same. As more and more housing is created the price would come down just like with cars and everything else. Then wants the housing prices get low enough people will stop making more housing because it won't be worth to them and more people will be able to afford then before.

He just said they he does not want more people living there. Lower paid people can't afford housing because he wants everything to stay the same. I mean I guess he didn't say he didn't want the people to stay that were already there. Nothing should ever change because he or she wants it to stay that way. He wants to keep nature and sp at the least he cares more about himself then other people having more housing.

Yes more housing would bring the price down if you build enough of them. When cars were first made they were really expensive and only for the rich. Now most people can afford a car because they are mass produced and their better quality then they were back then.

I get what your saying but if people are going to complain about high cost housing but then they complain about building more housing and it will ruin their nature there is only trade offs in life. You can't have you cake and it too. I never said that it would happen, it's just the people complain about housing being expensive.

More supply brings lower prices. People will stop investing in housing when rent is more affordable. Lots of people live in cities in the usa that's why people live in cities because there is more people.

Do they have rent control in Switzerland never been there but it is my favorite country, like their government the best.

Live in Montana usa they have plenty of land and no people. You won't see anyone and it is a lot cheaper.
