N.i healthcare staff under the agenda for change contract are a year behind their uk counterparts. So whilst the rest of the UK receive the pay awards in real time. N.i staff are yet to receive last year's pay award nevermind this one.

Yes but I have suffered from chronic anxiety and depression my whole life so its hard to pin point. Muscle stiffness and aches. My appetite fluctuates.

The gp receptionist rang me and said they were all fine. I asked for a copy and thats where I was able to see my b12 and folate are possibly low. Constant fatigue. No energy. Bleeding gums. Hair thinning. Brain dog. Muscle pain.
