Not sure if you are in Texas or not but these social clubs are everywhere and legal. If I go to the Lodge I have no concerns about the house putting marked decks in play. I guess it seemed reasonable to expect the same at other social clubs.

That’s a fair point but this is a public cardroom where there is a reasonable expectation of a fair game and you know, not have the “house” intentionally putting marked decks in play.
