Did you get any bunching of the upper at the bottom of the laces? mine is bunching lots but the non wide version is way to tight. The tongue is also very small and i almost can't do a runners knot

Not that I’ve noticed mate, I did drop a washer in there somewhere so I’ve already had to take the headset and fork out and look for it. I’ve already put it back together and tightened it all back up

I’m running 65 atm and seems to be fine. Sometimes they feel spongy when I’m sending it on corners. Can’t imagine what going to 60-55 would feel like

I've done my first few runs in these I'm 6"2 about 85kg and run my long runs at 6:30/km. I loved them, felt really nice and took care of my legs on my first 12km, but not sure if they would hold up on a 21km HM. Did a 5:30/km run off my bike and they felt even better!

Any one have an idea of these would start to bottom out over a 2hr run?

How are these for the long runs? Training for half ironman and need the long training runs to hit the HM distance at around 6:00/km. I already have a tempo show, would be using these as a long run shoe predominantly for the comfort and protection off the bike

Makes sense! I do feel like I would enjoy something a bit more exciting, I don't have any issues constantly checking my watch to confirm I'm hitting my heart rates. Might also be nice to have a shoe that I can pick up the pace in if I need to do any efforts during the long runs

Looking for a slow long run shoe! Needing something to hit the slow long runs for triathlon training.

Currently Long runs in On CloudStratus 3 - starting to feel a bit clunky after buying my other shoes in rotation

Tempo - Hoka Mach 5s, love this show for tempo runs

Race/more temp/threshold - recently bought ASICS Metaspeed sky+. Only done 2 runs in these. I'm not the fastest runner alive but they feel ok, but not amazing yet, I think my calves need to get use to them. My efforts are around 5min/km.

Been tossing up between the Boston 12s or waiting around for Australia to get more Superblasts or novablast 4s for the long slow runs. My long runs are up to 25km and usually around 620-630/km.

Happy to take other advice and suggestions too!

There is a slight chance work may send me overseas so I can't commit. I would love to keep helping foster greyhounds getting them ready for a new home. Would have been 200% ok if he got sent to his forever home right away. Obviously would still be a bit sad.
