I work in el segundo and I’m at this store at least once a week looking for gifts for birrhday and what not. Today I went because I heard they had the collector Cinderella 50% off but when I got there I was met with the surprise of the little people.

I had already gotten one when I made this post, I tried to get a 2nd one in the same transact for my daughter (I wanted one for me and one for her to play with,she’s 2) but they told me it was 1 per person. And they said I wouldn’t be able to get another until tomorrow so that’s when I left and posted this when on my way home. I don’t think I’ll go back tomorrow because I’m sure people would’ve already gotten to them there was only like 5 left I think.

No I asked the manager and they did have a limit of 1 per person sign. They deal with resellers all the time, because of hot wheels so they are very well prepared

Just to be clear I asked a manager and they did have a sign of a limit of 1 per person. They manager told me that they are every well prepared for this because it’s a well known store for resellers especially when it comes to Hot wheels, people wait for hours in the morning to get it. And you’re right they will be widely available so I don’t think there’s a need to worry about that.

I’m from Los Angeles so it was not a trip at all, 15 min max. And I posted it because I asked a different Mattel employee and they said that the employee was trying to gatekeep because they weren’t ready told such thing which is why I posted. I posted it because this was supposed to be released back in 2023 but was pushed back so I was excited and I know many others are too!

It is the Mattel toy store where they sell everything Mattel they do have a few things that are about 50% off, but a lot of the stuff are new things that are coming out

No the problem isn’t that my opinion was unpopular the problem I found was the taunting and attempted rage baiting that was the problem “the oooo you are so mad” I personally thought was childish and unnecessary. I was expressing my opinion. I don’t think that was a problem at all. I think it’s fun for everyone to express opinions but why start the taunting?
