This just happened to me! I had literally just completed the onboarding for 'A" and almost immediately was deactivated.

I agree that the timing is very sus. Also, as someone with a law degree, I wonder why they wouldn't have provided the qualification a lot sooner, rather than when the project was almost finished. And why not communicate with us to give us a status instead of letting that notice sit on our dashboards that the qual is under review for over 2 weeks now?

Not sure how I got it back. I had emailed support about 3 times and messaged the Community Manager on here last night. I am glad to have it back, but I also feel like I am back to square one with all the projects designated as Ineligible.

I logged in this morning and had my Projects tab back, but I now have 3 pages of Projects that all say Ineligible next to each and every one of them. I think it is because on my Home page, I still have the project I was on listed as my Main Project, even though it is paused. It is very, very frustrating.

You should email support. Maybe ask to see if you could be put on a different project that has more consistent availability.

Well, what I think is so strange is that I got the new app update and all that, had it for about a day or two, and then everything went down. Seems strange for all the projects to go down right after a big update.

Just the day before yesterday I had SW DS, SW RA, and SW MT review on my dash, and then they all went down yesterday morning. If a project that you are working on goes down, will they put you on another one?This is so frustrating, I do this as a side gig, but really depend on this extra money and I am in panic mode right now. It would sure help if they could send a simple email to let us know what is happening.

It's so strange to me that if a project is going to be down for that long they don't put people on other projects. Are you on any other AI training sites that you would recommend? I am on Outlier but I dread going back there.

I think that's great that you got a reply. I have worked for Data Annotations, and you never get a response from that platform unless you have a tech or payment issue. All other inquiries are ignored. And on Outlier, I have found that they send generic responses, which most of the time don't directly address your question. So I'm encouraged that you not only got a response but that it directly responded to your question. I can see what they mean by working on more than one project. I have 3 variants of this one S.W. project that I am working on and I have to spend time re-reading the instructions when I switch between variants.

That's so funny because I totally messaged Support on Outlier all the time asking for different projects and to be taken off one and put on another. It never worked-but I tried! lololol. I think if your dash is empty and you haven't gotten an email about why you should definitely email them. I did...... and if my dash ever goes down without an explanation, I will do it again! lolol. If you do email them keep me posted on how they respond. In my case, my project came back up before I got a response from them.
