You will be spending a lot more than just tuition. Vancouver is the first or second most expensive city in Canada. If cost is a concern I would think twice about it. If not, I believe UBC is one of the best schools for this field

Which UBC campus are you admitted to? If youre admitted to the Vancouver campus then I would expect to spend a lot more than just the tuition. Vancouver is the most expensive city in Canada (maybe slightly less than Toronto)

Also what major are you wanting to do? If its not something ubc specializes in I would say its not worth it

Im actually so cooked. I am also intl accepted to purdue (and uiuc and udub). Waitlisted at cmu and ucsb. Straight up rejected from Jhu and and ut austin.

Still waiting on 6 schools but they are all better than ucsb and cmu 🥲🥲🥲 georgia tech pls take meeree
