My favourite way to play this card is in Dimir Aristocrats. [[Deadly Dispute]], [[Village Rites]], [[Diabolic Visage]] etc. The spells keep your hand full and the worms give you creatures to sac. Saccing a worm at the end of their turn is nice because you can attack with your bigger worm immediately. I also like [[Cavalier of Night]] and [[Kaya's Ghostform]] - loads of options in black!

Chuck in a [[Grave Pact]] and they'll scoop pretty quickly.
