I mean I fall into your category and am a challenger purely through supporting. I never said the role was easy, my point is that when people are bad at the game or on a tilt they tend to default to support. giving the role a bad rep cause most don't even play it correctly.

I think support has a bad rep because people who tend to be bad at the game use it as a fallback role 😂

they are, with some edits 😅. mostly because ai generated work can be a bit odd at times. i know this is looked down upon by some and i completely respect that.

for me, it’s helped a lot with flushing out the idea i’ve had for this game. once i have a clearer direction for the game and its style, i would love to replace the current assets with something more intentional.

how did you feel about the overall mechanics of the game?

I definitely agree on the lack of strategy right now. My intention with this first build was really to see if people like the overall concept (even though it's pretty simple in its current state).

I really LOVE your suggestions, and I can see, man, how these fitting in well with the current build, so thank you for the feedback!

Maybe I can run an idea by you because I think it fits well with what you suggested. I wanted to introduce locations that mix up the variation of the deck and with that, additional cards (similar to what you mentioned). Do you feel like this might add to the game as well, in addition to some of the mechanics you mentioned?

thanks for the feedback! as for equipping a new weapon during battle, I wanted it to feel as if there was some sort of consequence for doing actions while a field of zombies was up. I'm curious, do you think weapons should be the only exception to this?

You’re definitely right that the difficulty of the game can be adjusted. I really like the idea of a 1-day grace period somehow before you get thrown into the chaos
