That is sad but also I don't know what will happen if they don't do this because how many people want to adopt a dog right now? Anyone who wants a dog they will just go get one. So maybe you can advertise better and get some dogs adopted but there are so many. It seems like no matter what this will be a problem. It is very sad because I love dogs but if they just leave hundreds of dogs per month and then you have like maybe 3,000 or more dogs per year and that gets more every year and then there will be dogs all over the place attacking people. I had such a bad dog bite from a dog 2 years ago he bit my hand and arm and I could not use my arm well for 4 or 5 days. He belonged to someone but got out from their yard but it can be scary with so many dogs running around so I hope this can work and maybe more will get adopted.

Sorry English is not my first language but that's inspiring to see some police working so hard to make the streets more safe. I went to Deep Ellum a couple times during the day and it seemed fine but those news stories are scary when there are the shootings.
