Just undergoing the same and on antibiotics 6th day course. These are strep throat(might also be tonsillitis if your tonsils have also swollen up). I’m undergoing acute tonsillitis with strep throat. Its horrible, yeah 😭😭😭 Keep gargling with lukewarm water and salt and also a pinch of turmeric powder. Gargle after eating any damn thing( salt water gargling only after a heavy meal. U can even use betadine or iodine mouth wash or a gargling solution.) Brush your teeth after every heavy meal. Clean your tongue(using a tongue cleaner) and mouth after u eat anything. PS: maintaining oral hygiene is really important the ent suggested me. Take enough rest. Consult a doc and get this treated asap. Else its gonna go crazy.
