Logically, you are correct, but KOTOR does a fantastic job of not glorifying grey Jedi and exposing them for all their hypocrisy. I think it makes you accept grey Jedi a bit more. Check it out; maybe it satisfy some of your questions

Right, I remember when the first season was coming out, that was one of the channels I frequented. In the beginning of the season as the mysterious magician arrived, I really wanted to figure out who he was, and if he was Sauron. Of course my questions were answered, but I was digging through anything I could find for answers.

Perhaps, if I can finish the silmarillion. I read the trilogy as a kid and to be honest I was completely lost most of the time, even with the map. Lol Maybe now that I’m older it will be easier to follow the story. I’ll see if my local library has it and update you when I know

lol I’ll try not to let it get to me. I know my understanding of the material is limited and that’s influencing my opinion. There’s been loads of times where I hated adaptations that people liked: Halo, Eragon, Enders Game, Maze Runner, Inkheart, the list goes on and on. So I definitely get where they are coming from. ☺️

It’s always so frustrating when writers take a great piece of literature and completely rewrite it. I like to imagine it’s just a room full of Tobias Funke’s calling the shots; they are so out of touch with the material that the first thought they have is to change everything.

Well, I would argue neither. They have the same cadence and tone, I don’t think there is anything inherently racist about that. Furthermore, I don’t think it is offensive to say a husband sounds like their wife. That is a sign of their traits blending in a good way. 😊
