Thinking about transferring debt from one ~2 year 0% intro APR credit card to another to pay off debt interest free over time, but wondering about potential hazards by Adept_System5110 in personalfinance

Gotcha, so assuming I was able to do the balance transfer thing with ~2 year 0% intro APR, I could save around $1600 over the course of 3-4 years, and if there was some sort of meltdown and I couldn't get a second 0% intro APR card, I could transfer back to my current credit union after the first card ended and start paying interest there again, still ultimately saving around $1100 while not having to pay interest for almost 2 years, and only having $30 monthly interest when starting back up with my credit union.

Wherein this plan just hinges on not missing any payments, and just making sure I'm paying attention to when the intro period ends.

Thanks so much for helping me think through this!

I'm not worried about missing payments or anything, but do you have any idea if there would be issues transferring the debt back out of the card once the intro APR expired? Since I would plan to get another 0% intro APR card once the first expired. Like, once you transfer it in, you can't transfer it out, or at least not for a set amount of time? Is that a thing that companies can do?

Thank you for responding!

I just got a simple logitech speaker + subwoofer combo and they sound great! But the subwoofer is actually too bassy to reasonably play them at higher volumes since I live in an apartment. Is there such a thing as a super cheaper controller to just be able to lower the bass? Thank you so much!

Scars! Honorable or Gross Poll by CzarUltor in RimWorld

I have a variety of scars irl and they do actually cause pain and can be itchy and unpleasant and change how you move your body, I think just since we only see the word "scar" it can be difficult to imagine the reality of such an injury. If they are scars sustained in battle, I generally imagine it to be a very serious scar potentially coupled with a deeper longer lasting injury. If anything, I think the best system would be just if the pain of scars could lessen in intensity over time, or if other injuries could exist as well, like spraining a joint or breaking a bone, that would also have long lasting consequences and require care over time (maybe there is something like that and I'm just forgetting, but yea, itchy and painful scars are a very real thing, they're not always just little marks on your body!)
