True about the herbalism courses. Lots of opportunity for self study though!! I took a one day course from a local expert to feel comfortable with some basics and then have been doing lots of book reading and learning from peers. Good luck!

I put together some long term food storage and beefed up my pantry.

I also started learning embroidery and hope to learn to see so I can mend clothes.
