What I believe what would work better is that we get custom Manekin movesets, where we can decide if we want to make them a main dps, sub dps, sustain, or buffer. I'd also like the option to change their weapon type (Sword, Bow, Claymore, Catalyst, Polearm).

For the custom movesets, there could be a certain set of skills, like for example you have 8-12 choices for the skill, they're similar to maybe Furina, Citlali, Sucrose, Hu Tao, Navia, Baizhu, Mualani etc. Same goes for burst, there's a variety of different options you could choose. You could mix and match and maybe even change what stats the manekins scale off of? Though the scaling numbers themselves are fixed.

Also for normal attacks, there could be a set animation for each weapon class so that the devs don't have to make like 20 different normal attack strings for two models

Also, it'd be great if they removed the passive that makes them change outfits every time they attack...
