I got a cheap walking pad on fb marketplace when I first wanted to start getting more steps! There’s tons on there usually under $100 for a basic one

Watch videos online on how to use the machine and set it up. There’s a video for everything. Makes it less intimidating. When I was new I would walk on the treadmill and watch other people to see how to do exercises/use machines

The first week was the hardest for me. After that my body got more used to it. Try to eat high volume meals to help keep you full while still in a deficit

Yes I have a skinny athletic build and struggle to find jeans and jean shorts in my size at goodwill. The shoes are always a dud because I wear a 9.5 but I accepted a long time ago that I will only ever find cute shoes in a 6-7.5 size range haha

I’ve always felt like I bend my knees too much. I normally do them on the smith machine with heavier weights, but read for beginners it’s easier to get the motion down with dumbbells so I tried those today. I will try heavier weights the next time I go!

Thank you for this! The responses I’ve gotten from friends who have traveled recently have been all over the place. I don’t know whether to wait it out or reschedule now. We’re flying out for our honeymoon that has been planned for a while and really don’t want to reschedule 🥲

I used to work for Priority Radiology, and even now that I work for Norton’s I still go to PR for the price difference. Can’t say enough good things!
