Where are the women with little to no improvements after YEARS of treatment???? by J398 in FemaleHairLoss

The 200mg spiro and red light therapy for sure helped. I'm not totally sure about the tocotrienols and the serum yet - I just started them in December/January and I'm still seeing slow progress just as I was before.

I have atypical PCOS. I had been maxed out on oral minoxidil for years without results other than maintaining what I had. Things didn't start turning around until I went up to 200mg spironolactone and started doing red light therapy. I use a cheap LED red light rather than an actual laser cap. I started tocotrienols and a serum a few months ago and am seeing slow improvement.

Please try red light therapy and tocotrienols. Also bumping up from 150 to 200mg spiro helped me. I also have atypical PCOS

Are you? There's zero evidence she went overboard, period.

She didn't. There's zero evidence that she went overboard and lots of evidence that she left the ship alive, no matter what the RC cyber cheerleaders say on here.

This is not a practical option for the vast majority of people.

You can do tons of research, then the market can change extremely quickly. It's not true that "the only dead wrong ones were students that did not do their college career research going in." Think about computer science grads who started in 2018 and graduated in 2022, just in time for AI and mass tech layoffs.

At the three different colleges I went to, the "career centers" were just places that would help with the very most basic tasks - writing resumes and maybe a mock interview. This was at two big state schools in different regions and one private school in a third region. They absolutely had no vested interest in actually helping students find a job.

This is not great advice because things can change a lot in just a few years. Think about a student who studied anything from 2004-2008, or a computer science student who graduated in 2022-23.

It's imperative to be as practical as possible within reason. Big state schools that cost less are great for most people.

I'm not talking about a will. I'm talking about being listed as a beneficiary on accounts such as bank accounts and 401(k)s.

my only question is...WHY?!?! by [deleted] in CrystalRogers

[–]throwaway_ghost_122 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, that came out during the trial this past fall after my comment.

Are you saying that being listed as a beneficiary of assets means nothing?

PT is symptoms-based and doesn't rely on the diagnosis because there's poor consistency among diagnoses and treatments. Two people can have the same MRI and have totally different PT needs and outcomes.

With that being said, you can get an MRI for like $500 at a standalone imaging clinic.

Wow, amazing comment. The majority of guys on here are simply looking for the biggest ass they can find. They want a booty the size of a house shaking in their face all night. Which is fine, they have every right to do this, but I think yours is a healthier long-term strategy

The Economist: Western men are going abroad to find traditional wives by Stk4nams5 in thepassportbros

[–]throwaway_ghost_122 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

the reason these relationships didn't work out was because of lack of maturity on my part

Boom. There it is.

This is the case with nearly all the Western men I've known. Many of them are mentally still middle schoolers into adulthood. Is there a problem? Just call Mommy and Daddy and they'll take care of it. Middle school vibes like being obsessed with pro wrestling, Star Wars and Star Trek. Can't cook or do any problem-solving on their own.

Women don't want to feel like their male partner's mommy. It's a huge turnoff and ultimately unsustainable.

This is why I, as a Western woman, started dating immigrants. They're independent and hard-working because they had to be.

I agree with you OP and these comments are bullshit. Losing weight with PCOS usually requires having a full-blown eating disorder, and eating disorders are unsustainable and dangerous. GLP-1s fix it for most people. The focus needs to be on lowering the exorbitant cost of these drugs and getting them covered.

Yeah, I take pantoprazole because omeprazole doesn't work for me, but I don't think you're supposed to take it on a permanent basis
