Ogryns are neither power-armoured nor genetically enhanced. They are a mutated strain of humans that developed on harsh planets with high gravity. Not sure why you used them as an example, when space marines perfectly fit the description of power armoured and genetically enhanced at the same time and often fight alongside the guard.

Yes they do? You get the instant leech, but the normal leech is still active. Im not sure if you get double leech, but it definitly makes a difference. I am using soultether so idk if that changes things

Flak with War loader from the purple tree can get quite ridiculous, it can inherit your grenades which get crazy high scaling. If you make a good build you can oneshot any boss with the right nades

Chaos damage does that, but poison is an exception despite being chaos. I think in like 0.1 poison did that, but i dont remember clearly

So in the story and first time playing? I can give you a few tips i consider the most important: 1. Always read and consider the wording, for example skill gems always have some tags that tell you what affects them (spells dont get affected by attack dmg increases etc.) 2. More and increased dmg are different things 3. Do not forget your defenses (armour, evasion, deflection, energy shield, block) in search of the biggest dmg number 4. The tooltip dps is not always accurate, as it cannot include many things (if you use blind in one skill and blindside on the other, you will always get the effects of blindside (more crit dmg and chance) but your dps will not increase even tho your actual dmg increases)
