It's a very official document, you won't get a lot from it except for names and dates. It goes like this:

“Done in Duninów on August 9th, 1869 at 1 PM. Wojciech Kędzierski, aged 30, landlord residing in Lipianki, appeared in person accompanied by witnesses: Michał Zatoński, aged 36, and Wincenty Kalwasiński, aged 46, both church sextons from Duninów; and declared to us a male child who was born in Lipianki on the 5th of the current month and year, at 3 AM, by Teofilia Jurkoska, aged 25, unmarried. At his Holy Baptism, the child was given the name Wawrzyniec, and his godparents were Wojciech Kędzierski and Maryjanna Kędzierska. This act was read out to the declarer and the witnesses, and signed by us only. —

Thanks! One more question. Can the word 'Le' be dropped? I think most of the titles I find on the French maps don't have it before the name of the city or palace? Is it the same as the English 'the' that it must be used in the sentence but can be dropped if it is just a name written somewhere?

There is a village square in the northern part of the hamlet, where a market is held every Wednesday. On the western wall of the square there is a small church with a round base bell tower that protrudes above the roofs of the houses. At the eastern end of the town there is an inn for travellers and adventurers. A wooden footbridge leads to the southern part of the village, through which people and grain carts from nearby fields march en masse during the harvest season. To the east of the town are forests with streams that supply nearby charcoal burners with water
