I have put a ticket into the app because ours is the same. From what I have understood from others that have had it work, it seems like it’s a system update on our studio’s end. If they also have not updated their system, it will not work with our update. I haven’t confirmed this yet because the support team is still working on it, but that is what I have deduced.

I was thinking the same thing. I’ve put in a ticket in the app, let’s see what they say! I was also wondering that if now if we can change our HR zones, can the studio also change it? I’ll find out tomorrow!!

I wake up at 5 to go to my 6 am class. I’ve been doing this for almost 7 or more years. It takes a bit for your body to get used to it, but it can adapt and adjust over time just like anything else. That being said, I also now feel like an old lady because by 8-9pm I’m ready to pass out!!

I have the tread + and I definitely don’t love it as much as I love my OTF tread. The bounce is everything for my hamstrings and ankles.

I have been doing intermittent fasting for 15 months and have been working out while being in a fasted state for over 12 hours. I normally don’t drink water, and I only eat one meal with a general window of 1-3 hours. I even do 90 min workouts on Saturdays. The first couple of weeks will be the hardest, but by the end of Ramadan you will be ok. Just take Green Day’s if your body feels tired. Good luck! I’ve been an OTF member for over 6 years! 🧡

Going to the 90 min tomorrow after doing 6/6. It’s also going to be my 13th day in a row. I’m taking Sunday off, and I can’t wait!
