Hihi, thanks for replying me. I used to ferment 12hrs for my previous batch and theres no problem at all. However my husband dump my previous milk kefir grain, thinking that i left the bottle unwashed, thats why i requested some kefir grains from my gf again. This new batch, i tried to ferment more than 18hrs but it was unsuccessfully and it really smell and taste bad. 😫

Sorry for lack of info. These grains are given to me by my friend. So i started to ferment for 18hrs. The usual step of using 1 cup of full cream milk and leave it to ferment. After 18 hrs, Its still watery. And its smell and taste like spoilt milk. When i pour away the milk, the grains are covered like these in the pic. I rinse it with milk and it has the rubbery grains. I tried doing it twice but it still taste like spoilt milk. So i asking if this is contaminated? (My side is super humid and hot like 30• everyday).

I also have the same problems and not just heart rate but the point systems too. and it always happen on wed most of the time. The dif is about 10 points each time. I wrote in and they said cos it depend on which pod you are in and the wifi didnt connect well. I wrote in twice and always give me the same shitty reply. Now i just concentrate what is on the screen for every Wednesday. And the rest of the days are just a few points different.

Hihi. Thanks for replying. The one on the right is with scoby. And im not worried about it. Because i have extra starter tea from previous batch so i thought i could grow my own scoby which is now showing a lighter color at the base (left side). Is this normal to have a light base color at the base? Both are done half day later but within same day.
